Biography
Jacob was born in 1843. He was the son of James Avis and Sarah Miller. He passed away after 1880.
Jacob was described as "Nervousness and natural weakness, insane" in 1880[1] and "Idiotic" in 1870[2]. As an adult, he lived with his brother George.[1]
