Researchers Notes

In 1752 the calendar in England changed from old style to new style. Previous to 1752 the new year began on March 24th in 1752 it was changed and began January 1st. Dates prior to 1752 occurring between January 1st and March 24th will be recorded as dual years to reflect the change.

https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/117873957/edward-allerton: Although his Find A Grave memorial indicates that Edward and Rose were the parents of Isaac Allerton, Mayflower passenger and grandparent of the first child to be born to settlers, in the "New World," this has been disproven, That Isaac Allerton was born in Suffolk, England and his father was Bartholemew Allerton.

Project managers, I plan to detach Isaac Allerton as the son of Edward Allerton. It has been proven that Issac was the son of Bartholomew Allerton of Suffolk, England. Issac will be connected to the correct family due to his historical significants.

Thanks,

Laura

I will be detaching William Allerton as the father of this Edward Allerton. It has been proven that William was the father of another Edward Allerton. This Edward's date of birth and location, as well as his parentage, have not been found. If you have any documentation that may help in adding to this information please let me know, or add it.

Thank you, Laura

Allerton-20 and Allerton-502 appear to represent the same person because: These two men have already been rejected as being duplicates, but neither of the profile manages have said why they are not duplicates. Please reconsider this merge.
