Minnie Adams is a part of US Black heritage.

Minnie ADAMS was born about August 1879 in West Virginia and died on 21 October 1957 at her residence at Route 6, Box 658 A in Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia.^[1] She was the daughter of Peter Adams and Nellie Ross.

It is not believed she married, but she did have one child named Lonnie ADAMS.

Informant on death record was listed as Lonnie ADAMS who was listed as living at the same street address as the deceased. The censuses of 1910 and 1920 list Lonnie ADAMS as the grandson of Peter ADAMS. 1930 identified Lonnie as the son of Minnie O. ADAMS^[4]

Married: Her death record stated she was widowed, but I have not found any proof of marriage. 1910 and 1920 list her marital status as single and living in her father's household.

1940 census record^[5] is the first census record which states her marital status as Widowed.
