Archibald Acheson MC KGStJ is Notable.

Archibald Charles Brabazon Montagu Acheson was born in 1877 in Marylebone, London.^[1] He was the eldest son of the 4th Earl of Gosford, Archibald Acheson, and his wife Louisa Montagu. ^[2]

The earl was a frequent traveller to North America and eventually lived there permanently. In 1917 he is recorded as entering Vermont^[3], in 1926 as having "immigrated" to Seattle, Washington, ^[4] and again in 1937 to New York.^[5] These are just some of many such trips - records of further journeys are accessible on Family Search.

The earl passed away in 1954.
