Hi CC,

Please accept my pending request to be added to the Trusted List for Thomas Clinton-203 https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Clinton-203 . I want to get automatic notifications of changes to his profile and currently the only way to get those is by being on the Trusted List.

Thanks!

You recently removed James Moore as the father of Goyen, Guyan Moore 1690-1754. Do you have any Moore DNA? My father is James Pierce Moore ( still living) and we are following this line, His DNA might be more helpful with this information. Maybe we can private message.

HI CC

You are added to the categorization team for 1776 American Revolution.

You now have your badge.

I have added you to the Military and War Google group for discussion. When the next discussion occurs, you will receive the emails.

This is the 1776 project page https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:1776 This is chock full with tasks, how to do stickers, examples etc.

and This is the Team page. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:1776_teams under the The category section

The leader of this project is Betty Norman. This is her link Betty (Skelton) Norman

Betty has more answers than I do, but you can ask me, and I will probably ask Betty.. You may want to bookmark the links.

Thanks

Welcome to Wikitree. Glad to see you here. I see you've adopted a number of colonial-era profiles. You're likely to encounter many unsourced/badly sourced profiles from this period. Wikitree has "projects" that work to improve such profiles. Puritan Great Migration and Mayflower Families projects focus on the immigrant familes mostly. Post-1650 profiles have not received much attention unless they fall under the 1776 project. US Southern Colonies project is currently on hold as it's been without a Leader. There is a general Virginia project that I believe is trying to track colonial Virginia profiles but I haven't seen a lot of evidence of proactive cleanup there. There's also a Native Americans project that is growing and has at least one Cherokee researcher. Welcome.

Hi CC, welcome to WikiTree! Good to see you here. Let me know if you have questions about how WikiTree works.

You will be interested in the Mayflower Project and would be a great boon to their work. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Mayflower

Hi C.C.!

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, thus coordinating with others is essential.

The Mayflower Project. seems to fit your tags. Leader - Becky Syphers; for ancestors I found:-Massachusetts Project] led by Ellen Smith. Click the links to read how to join.

Or use the Pre-1700 Projects list, at the top of your page, 4th topic on right, under <Find> and <Projects>.

For questions, just ask!
