Her daughter Fannie Wall Dorn Southerland died of a heart attack the same day when she found that her mother was dead. her daughter Fannie was 9 months pregnant.
The Abney's are from Clark / Estill Co. Ky. then back to Virginia. The initals E. J. are on her stone.
Tthe 1900 Census states that dhe has had 6 children with 5 still living. Their 1st child Clearence Clay had died in 1889, living around 1 year. The census states that Friend & Eddy had been married for 14 years.
