This is a screenshot of the coat of arms of Sir John Hart, taken from pg. 590 of Stow's "The Survey of London", the 1633 version (https://books.google.ca/books?id=UONBAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA592#v=onepage&q=john%20hart&f=false).

The coat of arms is described (but not depicted) in Robert Glover's Visitation of Yorkshire 1584/5 (https://archive.org/details/McGillLibrary-hssl_visitation-yorkshire_CS437Y4A2-19990/page/n643/mode/2up):

"Sable, a chevron argent between 3 fleur-de-lis of the 2nd."
