Can anyone help with a John Henry Bailey? Born PA 1850+/-

Question

There is a small story about him being adopted by the Brady family at age 3 and other than census movements, no information exists.

 

(Orphaned by his parents.) Im looking for a family story or something that gives his parents names.

died Jan 20 1927,Died from Apeplexy and Arterio Sclerosis,buried Cedar Hill

Cemetary,Father John Holman no mothers name.Spouse Harriet Bailey.
