I would like these two files merged, Is this possible for me to do this?

Susan, hi.  Unless you are Pre-1500 certified, you can't merge these profiles, or edit them for that matter.

Since the merge was just initiated, it will take at least 30 days before someone (pre-1500 qualified) other than the profile managers to complete the merge.

Just a little clarification on Karen's answer.  The 30 day wait she mentioned will only be necessary if approval from both profile managers isn't received before that.  Once both approve, it can be merged immediately.
