Can anyone help me find Cecil and Katharine's marriage record? [closed]

I've exhausted my (mental) resources looking for a marriage record for my Great Uncle Cecil and his wife Katharine Richards. They might have been married in England, Scotland, or the US... or somewhere else entirely!  And it doesn't help that at some point he changed his name from Stevens to Duff-Stevens. The evidence I have suggests that marriage took place sometime between 1922 and 1932 inclusive.

Can anyone help?

Top sleuthing Eddie! I was just going to post that there was no returns for a Kath* Richards marrying a Stevens or Duff-Stevens in the GRO marriage indexes 1920-1940.
He was born September 8 1893 Aberdeen
That's brilliant Eddie- Thank you! I didn't find that on his naturalisation papers. I don't think it's on the record I found on Family Search (unless I'm looking so hard I just can't see!). Could you tell me where that info is?
