creating a gedcom from family tree maker 2012

I deleted my file from Ancestry.com, so how do I create a Gedcom file from my Family Tree maker 2012, version 16, to send to WikiTree

I am using FTM 2012, version 21. Maybe yours is the same. From the menu select "File", "Export...". Change the output format to "GEDCOM 5.5". You can export your entire database, individuals, or small branches of your tree. On the last menu, change the "destination" to "Other".

If you start with small branches of your family tree, it will make the learning process easier.
