Should Paul Hudon Beaulieu and or his mother be a PPP? if so what project(s)?

I have been trying to link the Beaulieu's together on the tree.  One of the profiles I created tonight was for Paul Hudon Beaulieu.  He seems to be an interesting character as he played an important role in the foundation of Minnesota. I haven't done a bio but what I have read so far is intriguing.  His mother, whom I have not created a profile for yet because I was uncertain the proper name to use either Margaret Racine Beaulieu or use one of the spellings of her native name Ogemaugeeeshigoquay, was the daughter of  White Raven or Waviishgaugauge a Chippewa Chief.  Should they be PPP and if so what project's.  Could anyone help please? I want to make sure these profiles are done properly as they deserve our respect.

If they meet those requirements I would suggest the First Peoples or Native Americans projects.

If you can document and source that his mother was a Native American and what her name and tribe was then her first name would be her native name, her last name at birth would her tribe name. (wikitree Native American project guideline for Native Americans born before the adoption of surnames).  Her other first name would be the name she was later known as.  Her current last name is her married surname.  But proceed with caution.  There are many online claims of white-Native marriages that are unsupported.
