Norwegian parish category format [closed]

Question

I tried to add the category [[Category:Lyngen,Troms,Norway]] to a profile, but only the category without the county was allowed. I thought a consensus had been reached in December 2018 about the form Category:Parish, County, Norway.

The recategorisation for Norwegian places is an ongoing process. So far, only Østfold, Akershus, Hedmark, Oppland, and Telemark are finished, with Buskerud currently being worked on. Hopefully, we'll be done before this year's end.

I'll suggest that you just stick to the existing category "Lyngen, Norway" for now. The individual profiles will be moved to the new category "Lyngen, Troms, Norway" when it's due.

In the sense that you don't have to worry about it, yes It's not an entirely automated process, but it's still the easiest part of the conversion.
