When we talked to Ancestry last Thursday, it was apparent that they had not warned customer support that new features were rolled out for RootsTech. Also, the supervisor (we had a very, clueless and rude first line person) kept saying to use the RootsWeb help for issues related to RootsTech. She kept saying it was Apple's fault and talk to them when getting error messages from Ancestry's website.
Anyone else using Safari with Ancestry? It gets to where after a little while on Ancestry that Safari reports the web page is using excess amounts of energy and should be closed and reopened.
I have a number of issues with ThruLines as well.At least they tag people as "possible" ancestors although I see some of the trees related to me have jumped in and just treat them as real and proven. At least one of these is a fictional character from a novel (the originating tree actually references the novel as a source).
