Thank you for you answer. I don't really trust Ancestry unless a reliable source is given. Also, I can't see the records behind the pay wall. 

I would like to know where and when exactly he got married and if the names of his parents come from that record. If not, where from ? The baptism records of his children ? 

Same question for his Birth place. How do we know that he is a native of Paris ?
