How can dead people request EditBot to make updates?

Question

On my Family News feed, I was informed that a certain update (no quarrel with "empty lines at the beginning") had been requested by Visser-133. Curious as to who this well-doer is, I visited the profile.

This Visser is a person who died before the person in the edited profile was born, which event was itself more than 200 years ago.

There must be a rational explanation for this, but at present it is a tale of mystery and imagination.

What is the original profile where the change was made/requested?

Hi Dirk,

The proposal for the Update Profiles command was that it could be used on any profile, but this is moot now. We are deprecating or disabling the command. EditBot's operations can be done on all profiles, when time allows.
