Due to possible copyright issues, I need to remove 2 photos I have placed on the profile of Danny Thomas, but I see no options on the profile that allow me to do so ? https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Thomas-35801

I copied and pasted this from another answer by Irene Dillon - hope it helps!

I had to do this a few days ago.  I'll copy paste from the help menu since it explains the process better than I can.

In the help menu in help index under photo it says this:

To remove a photo from a profile, click on the photo. This will open the Photo Edit page. On the left side of the page, where it says "People, Places & Things in the Photo," select "REMOVE" next to the appropriate name(s), then click "Save Changes to Photo Info" at the bottom of the page. When you save the changes, the photo will not appear on any profiles.

This disconnects the image from any profile, but it will still exist in the database for a short period of time so that it can be recovered. This way photos can't be maliciously or mistakenly deleted.

Good luck - and thank you for respecting copyright laws. (So many people just ignore them!)

click on the image(s) and remove the profile. (it seems backwards, but that's how its done)

Thank you Dennis and E Childs for your help, original photos are now removed and I added photos hopefully not under copyright restrictions, but the new photos are not nearly as special as the photos I removed
