Am I kin to Col. John Holder who traveled with Daniel Boone?

I have 2 John Holders I believe in my tree but I want to confirm if I am correct in that one of them is actually Col. John Holder a settler of Kentucky. Also someone posted about one of the John Holders that he also went by the name Thomas. Thanks for anyones help.

The information you have posted does not go back far enough to answer that question.

Do some more research on your Holder line to try to extend it back, with the best sources you can find, post the information. The answer may fall out at that point.

Jackie, if you go to the Search page you can enter John Holder's name and get a list of all the WikiTree profiles for people with that name.  If you know the approximate time period of his life, you can check the ones that look like they could be close.  If you click the DESCENDANTS button on one of the profile pages, you'll be able to see if any of their family matches what you know about your own.
