August Lemons - Wisconsin area around 1900's

Question

I just learned that my mother was actually a Lemon or Lemons. Her fathers name was August and she knows nothing more. She was from the Wisconsin area. She has a biological sister named Sylvia and a brother named Bill (William). Her mothers name was Rose Miller and married Alex Schuffelberger after my mother was born.

What dates are we talking?  I found a public tree with an August Sylvester Lemmens married to Rosetta Florence Miller.  There is a child, William David Lemmens Schaufelberger, who was born in 1940.  This tree is unsourced, but it has the parents of August Lemmens and Rosetta Miller and a marriage of Rosetta to Alex Schaufelberger.
