How to categorize large bakery manufacturer

Seems like baker doesn't quite do it.  He called himself a manufacturer of bread and biskquits

I feel like I should add this to the Manufacturing Category - Bakery?

I would use both "Bakers" and "Business Owners".

Hi Joelle,

In England, we have sub-categories for:

England, Occupations

and

England, Companies

Perhaps this might be a useful thing to do in Scotland as well? That way you could add [[Category:Scottish Bakers]] under [[Scotland, Occupations]] and [[Category: Bisland Bakeries]] under [[Category:Scotland, Companies]]. You could even do a free-space page on the company to provide further background information which could also go in the category, as could other workers in the company further down the line.

Hope this helps,

Susie :-)

I actually thought about doing that since it was a pretty big company at the time.
