Do people spam on WikiTree?

Question

I received the following email. Normally I would treat this as spam. Should I report it to somebody on WikiTree? Thanks!

I got that too - ignored it but think I kept it to show in case anyone needed to see it - I will now delete as it is exactly this same thing

This is spam, do not reply but you could forward it to info @ wikitree.com They have been at it for several days now, creating new guest member accounts on WT.

I have blocked the user Wim-1, hope that will do for now

A number of people have received emails with this exact wording, but from different WikiTree profiles.

Unfortunately, WikiTree has been hit with spam emails from a couple of people recently. DO NOT RESPOND to any of these messages. Just forward them to info @ wikitree.com. This particular one has been blocked and will be deleted from WikiTree.
