Look at 1900 CENSUS, Wilson Webere born jan 1881,list father as

John Webere born Oct 1850 in Louisiana,Widowed,

Police, Jury Ward 3.St Charles,Louisiana.Wilson Webere wife must died

before 1900,Marie Eve Vicknair Webere or Weber.

Wilson WEBER married between 1900 and 1904. His wife Eva Marie VICKNAIR, born in1884, passed away in 1958.

The St. Charles Parish records are housed in the archives of the Diocese of Baton Rouge--a few of them are available on Amazon.com in digital format for $10. I have many volumes of transcribed DOBR records. 1880-1882 records appear in volume 15. I couldn't find his birth record there or in the volumes right before and after.
