I actually like that badge and did over 2,200 contributions in February! Patience is a virtue! Glad she is learning and having fun at the conference though!!

Why would anyone manually post 100s (or 1000s) of badges each month when a simple program can do it in nanoseconds based on the official tallies?  (if my comment bothers you, overlook it, I'm a programmer)

The badges will be done shortly. It's not entirely manual, just partially automated.

Programming, testing, and debugging takes time too, though we do plan to get around to full automation one of these months.
