Anyone know about James George Louis McHugh

I'm hoping anyone can  help me,

 

My paternal great-grandfather was named James George Louis/Lewis McHugh, married to Ethel Norah Doyle on 5 March 1928 in Port Elizabeth. He died on 12 December 1969 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

 

My question is, does anyone know anything further about him? Birth date, birth place will be most helpful right now

I did not find a listing at Family Search for James George Louis/Lewis McHugh, or wife Ethel Norah Doyle married on 5 March 1928 in Port Elizabeth.
