Can you merge profiles from sites such as myheritage?

I just filled out a bunch of stuff on my heritage and don't want to have to do it again here.

You can copy your material as a GED.com and then upload it here.  But there's a limit of 50-100 for your first GEDcom upload since many people in the past have uploaded large GEDcoms and then left them abandoned once they realized they still needed lots of work to look good.  I believe there's a new way of entering GEDcoms in the works, but I don't know how long it will be before it's ready.  And frankly, most people think its better to do it by hand as you can check what you're doing as you go along.
