I have done some searching and well, here is what I was able to find about where Robert Gifford is located.

They Passed This Way - Maury Co., TN Cemetery Records" (in the Dallas Public Library): p.D240
"McClintock Brown Cemetery; This cemetery has been destroyed. Tombstones have been moved away. Many people in area remember this cemetery and several told us about the stones being taken away. The following list was given  by Mrs. Aubrey Wright. She obtained the information from Mr. & Mrs. Clyde Orr of Mooresville, TN., both of whom are descendants from persons buried here. Some of these inscriptions were copied by Mr. & Mrs. Orr many years ago. The others are those known by them to be buried here; the birth dates on these are from the Federal Census records.
ASHTON, Mary Frances Brown, 22 Sept 1819 - 3 Feb, 1864
BROWN, James H., 2 June 1771 - 20 Sept 1827
" Mary Reed, 5 Sept 1772 - 8 Mar 1833
" Margaret King, 1790 - (have no death date).
" McClinnock, 1795 - 1874.
" Elizabeth 1818 - 1898 (last buried here).
" McNeal b. 1825 - "killed in a horse race".
" Eliza Vincent, b. 1828 - _____. wife of McNeal Brown.
" Franklin C. 1828 - __________
" Harriett Vincent, 1823 - wife of Franklin C. Brown.
" Washington, no dates.
" Priscilla Jones, no dates, wife of Washington Brown.
CREWS, Polk 1846 - no death date (wife Margaret A. Crews buried at Friends????. A number of infant children buried here. Also, a number of slaves.......
Not sure about the following two, but believe they were buried here:
GIFFORD, Robert A. b. 1828 - ___________.

" Albina Brown, b. 1824 - _________, wife of Robert Gifford.
This is a large cemetery, and there were probably many more families here. Data from Mrs. Aubrey Wright, Culleoka, TN, 18 Nov 1964."

World Family Tree #2128 used "Descendants of William Brown" by Helen Hoskins Rugeley p. 229 for a source, saying it was submitted by Mrs. Mildred Greenmore of Huntingdon, TN January 1989.
