Pakenham Family

Question

I need help with the Pakenham family. I have searched the Ireland data base without any success. The information I collected so far. Is

Charles Pakenham born in 1789. My research says he was born in Ireland, but I'm thinking he was a transplant from England. He Married Mary Kennedy, born in 1795. They had one child born in Ireland, and their other children were born in Canada. James, born in Ireland, (1827) and died in 1913 in Eau Claire Co, Wisconsin. He married Louisa Rappley (1860). They had one child, Charles born in Wisconsin in  1882 and died in 1938 in Cook County, Illinois. He married Maggie Snavely (1888) in Tenn. and lived in Cadott, Wisconsin. They had one child, Emil (1910-1986), who was my dad.

I am trying to find where Charles and Mary lived in Ireland and who their parents were. I will be so thankful for whatever information I receive.
