First: What would be the correct name for his wife? Is it:

- Margaret Denmark ?

- Margaret Oldenburg ?

- maybe it should be "Margrethe"?

Children:

1. James (1473-1513) JAMES IV King of Scotland.

2. James (1476-1504) Marquess of Ormond , Duke of Ross, Archbishop of St Andrews and Papal Legate.

3. John (1480-1503) Earl of Mar and Garioch

This profile has other children listed : Agnes, Alexander, Margaret & Mary but I can't find any reference to them.

Any Idea who these other children are or who they might belong to?

The AGNES who married Alexander Hamilton, Lord Home seems to be Agnes Hepburn.(Burke's Peerage)  and Alison Weir, who lists acknowledged bastards in Britain's Royal Families DOESN'T list the above questioned children as belonging to James III.    Alexander, the Wolf of Badenoch  passed the titles of  Mar and Ross to his sons   There Alexander, Mary and Margaret born to James II

To answer only part of your question, I think Margaret's LNAB should be Oldenburg. Houses are better than places as names, since they're almost like real last names.
