Neville married in 1947, in West Hartlepool, Dorothea Mason ( https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVDQ-SZ1B) but his birth  wasn't registerd in Stockton on Tees, rather in Spilsby, Lincolnshire in 1917, his mother's maiden name being Barclay (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2FBW-3KX).

His parents marriage was registered though, in Stockton on Tees in 1916, William L Stephenson & Jessie Barclay.
