The book is available for download from www.familysearch.org with a catch.  Because it is still in copyright you have to physically be in a Family History Center.  https://familysearch.org/locations/

Many thanks. I can do that.
Actually if you go into an LDS centre (family search, research, catalog) there is an option to click to VIEW - which does not mean download.

Did you try it?  If you click view outside of a FHC, you get the message:

You do not have sufficient rights to view the requested object

  • Only a limited number of users can view this object at the same time, and viewers must be in the Family History Library, a partner library, or a Family History Center. If you are in one of these locations and are receiving this message, the user limit has been exceeded. Please try again later.
I tried It

I got to view it..
