Strange Dead-End on Mary Jane Brady's line

Question

I can't find any further information on my 5x Great Grandmother Mary Jane Brady; She was born 14 April 1840 in Ohio and married James Tippett, with whom she had Etta Grace Tippett before dying on 18 July 1894 in Martinez, California. I have filled out most of my family tree extensively but this is one of the few relatively recent dead-ends I have. I imagine due to the recency there has to be some info about her and her parents out there but for some reason I can find none. Any help or info appreciated.

Are you sure about her death date? Found info. that says 30 December 1928.
