Brent, the category already exists and has been added to the profile. The category is here: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Ursinis_College  It's a subcategory of Pennsylvania Colleges & Universities rather than of Montgomery County.

Not easily corrected, hopefully someone who knows how to correct the category structure spelling will come along. I did change the spelling in the CIB.

Brent, your spelling of it is right. It's the category that's wrong. On they category page they spelled it with only one "u", replacing the second one with an "i" for "Ursinis College".
