Why cannot I set profile to Open? How can I upload his DNA results?

I am profile manager.  Vern died a couple of years ago.  Although his profile shows date of death, I am unable to set profile to "Open".

Also, I have his DNA test results from Ancestry.com and would like to follow his wishes to have the results on his Wikitree profile.  Can someone help with this, please.

Peggy, I think it's because he was a WikiTree member. You need to follow the instructions at

His profile is still configured as a registered member. You cannot edit the privacy until he is converted to deceased. See Help:Death of a Member for details.
