Is the start date correct for United States in the Location Occurrence Table?

It has 17760604, but shouldn't it be 17760704?

Also, who is responsible for updating the table?

I agree that the date should be July 4th, not June 4th. I tagged "Ales" in the question to get attention from the chief keeper of the wikitree-plus data.

I think that would be Barry Sweetman or Steven Tibbetts.  At least they created it and I've worked with Steven on some corrections in Canada.
