Newt Schuetz-299 ... my brickwall ancestor couple

Question

Hi,
William HARRISTON was born around 1777 in Glasgow.
Died in the Cholera epidemic of 1831/32.  Minor poet.
Lived in Bonhill, Leven valley, from around 1810 to 1817.
Birth record, parents not known.
But this surname spelling appears in just his generation, and I suspect his birth surname may have been different.
There are hints that his parents first names could have been Robert and Jean.
William Harriston's wife is another mystery: but for later!
