There are two profiles for Henrietta Cheney. Cheney-238 (married to John Obadiah Hardisty Jr) and Cheney-2185 (married to John Hardisty}.
The birth dates for the Henrietta profiles differ by 23 years and the location of birth is not the same. Parents listed are not the same. Merge is not possible without resolving the differences, same person or not is the question.
The two Johns have the same birth/death dates and locations but one has a middle name of Obadiah and the parents differ. Same deal here, merge cannot proceed until the differences are resolved.
This is a "more research required" situation for sure. The only profile not managed (status is Orphaned) is John Obadiah Hardesty Jr. The other profiles (the two Henrietta profiles and John Hardesty) have profile managers. John Milton Hardesty has a profile manager as well.
Contacting the various profile managers and discussing the possible duplications and potential merges would be a next step. The differences have to be resolved with some research and some sources that either allow a merge or clear up the conflation. You could propose the merges yourself but they can't proceed until the research is done.
You could also provide whatever proof you have, in the way of sources, that could help the PM's resolve some of the differences I have pointed out.
