Add a Category for Baltimore City Medical Society

Question

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category called Baltimore City Medical Society. I would do it myself, but the instructions say if in doubt to post here. (Could not figure out how, but would love to learn.)

This is probably best placed under Society > Organizations > Professional Orgs > US Professional Orgs, as this Category already has the Massachusetts Medical Society and American Medical Associations. I did set up a free space profile for the organization, but want the Category so profiles of former members appear there.
