Please move the "hide place name suggestions" button from profile page to user's Settings

Currently the toggle setting for show/hide place name suggestions is on all profiles, just below "Death place". This can lead to unintended changes!

A better place could be the user's Settings page, or at least there could be an option to hide it?

The reason it's on all profiles instead of a setting is because whether you want location suggestions or not would depend on the profile. Even if there was a default setting, it would still need to be on each profile page so you could toggle it.

I have location suggestions turned on when I'm entering a US place name, but turned off when I'm entering a German place name.
