Can any records be found for this French Profile?

When I connected this one to my direct line, It had so little. I am not sure about the records I find. If anyone could help with finding more on this one, I would be thankful.

Records for Moselle don’t generally go back that far.  I showed a connection to the profile at 20 degrees. I couldn’t see how to check if we have a connection. You may want to see if we do. I have a lot of Moselle ancestry. My tree is pretty well filled out

We are not connected by relation yet, but we are distantly connected. Hopefully more of my portion of the tree will be found and we will find some closer connections.

Specifically  ng at Schalbach it appears this is a Lutheran a Jewish affiliated area within Catholic France.  Lorraine tended to be more Catholic while Alsace seemed to have a higher percentage of Protestant affiliation. Looking on the map the town is surrounded by known glassmaking hamlets. And towns. My guess is your family come into the area from Germany.
