I have immigration records for a Thomas Horton Stanley who was a quaker and was likely disowned by the Stanley family in the UK. He is listed as the half brother of Sir Thomas Stanley 4th Bt.  Have you come across any information on this? My DNA testing indicates have descendant from the royal line of Stanleys. I even have their widow's peak lol.

Have you got more detail about your information - dates, links etc? I'm not finding any Thomas Stanleys with the middle name Horton (which would have been unusual in that period).

We have a profile for Thomas Stanley of Virginia. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Stanley-103 . This points out that  suggestions on findagrave as to his parentage are unsourced and fictional. It also discusses the middle name. (As Gill points out very unlikely at this time)

I note this  findagrave entry  has the same birth year( 1670)and even exactly the same date of death( 7 May 1714) as the baronet , the implication is that he was the Baronet but had renounced his title. This obviously untrue.

.(the wikitree profile says the Quaker Thomas was still living in 1724)

It also seems very unlikely that a father  would give two sons, one legitimate, one illegitimate  the same name in the same year .  Stanley is not an unusual name in England and the name Thomas is very common.

Sir Thomas Stanley, 4th Baronet also has a profile https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Stanley-4579. It isn't well developed. You can read more about his life at https://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1690-1715/member/stanley-sir-thomas-1670-1714
