I am looking for help researching or how to research
Joseph (Joe) Jurley: [[Jurley-2|Joseph Jurley (abt.1896-1933)]].

1) I have not found any sources pre-1920 for him.

2) He may have lived under an assumed name in America.  (Considered due to 1931 - 1933 records)

3) Father's name, Frank, was given on death certificate. This may have been fabricated.

4) To the best of my knowledge, he has no living descendants.

If Jurley is in fact a pseudonym, then you have a huge obstacle unless you have some DNA evidence to triangulate a relationship with one of Joe's ancestors.

On the other hand, Jurley may just be a bastardization of his actual Italian surname. You might try widening your search using wildcards or soundex around the consonants in the name (*rl*). Beyond that I don't have much to offer. It might be something like Iurli or Iorli.

Update:  I have found some references to my belief. Google the word  Yorly

I am also thinking in the remote possibiliy it to be something related to France ( Orly?), if the area of life events is North Western Italy-

The italian surname Giarle may sound a lot like Jurley (I think) - https://www.cognomix.it/mappe-dei-cognomi-italiani/GIARLE

Yes. And there are a lot of choices among immigration records in FamilySearch if you search for Giuseppe Gi?rl* (? is a single character wildcard, * a multiple character wildcard)

Giarlo, Giurleo, Giorla, etc.

In your case, since Tribunal and State files, if being preseved until now, will eventually become available on line, I would better go and visit churches. It is very difficult to be helped by church ministers to find documents you need.
