1960 Census Release

Question

Hi Everyone,

This is a bit premature (I know as we are still digesting the 1950 census) but I’m sure excitement is beginning to build within the genealogy communities of the release of the 1960 census.

Does anyone know when exactly the release date will be and what this census will reveal?

US Censuses are made public 72 years after they are taken, so the 1960 Census will not become public until April 2032.
