How do I add relatives to my existing tree

I want to fill out my tree from 3rd grandfather on to Ireland.

Someone posted a reply on your profile so I am sure you have read that. Once you are about to reach Pre-1700 ancestors, you will need to Self-certify for entering those profiles.
