Is the "managed by the England Project" added automatically [closed]

Question

Good Morning! I am working on an orginally "unsourced" file from Cambridgeshire. Yesterday I found that the sticker or category of "Managed by the England Project" magically turned up. I cannot see that anyone in particular added it, so is this done automatically? The information that was previously added had many wrong sources (did not go anywhere), so I have been working on finding the correct ones and deleting the other ones. Kind of helping out the gedcom cleanup, without knowing it. 

I have also been trying to add the correct category, but it seems to be overriden by the "England Project" one??

In addition to what Steven has said, you can add parameters for the place names, thusly:
{{England Sticker|Norfolk|Great Bircham}}

(Copy and paste to avoid typos.)

It looks like you added the Project Box instead of the sticker.

{{England}} is the Project Box, {{England Sticker}} is the sticker.
