You should not copy a photo from a FindAGrave page unless you are the photographer.  Just link to the memorial page.

DNA kits are not sold on WikiTree.  You use one of the providers like Ancestry or FamilyTreeDNA.

One thing you may know is that once you take the test, the data an be uploaded or used on other sites. The confusion might be that you saw the different DNA markers and references (such as confirmed with DNA) as well as the numerical data (in percentage etc.) in a profile. Look around for a promotion for a good price (comparison shop).

You should contact the findagrave profile's creator and ask. I have done this in the past and been given the go-ahead.

You should also include something like "Used with permission" in the bio or the photo description in the cases where you asked permission to use the photo or any other copyrighted material. That way no one will question you usage.
