Can a merge project member complete a merge? explain follows

Hello, I was wondering of a merge project member would be able to complete a merge.  The other manager has been in poor health, and unable to be online.  Not pending for that long, but since the first of the year.  I have talked with the other mangers sister, our families have known each other our entire lives.  I do not know if there is something in place to complete the merge under circumstances like this or not.  If it is possible, fine, and also fine if not, just trying to help out the big world wide tree.

Is it possible for the other managers sister to be added to their account as a manager? If so, do that and then walk them through the merge process. If that is not practical in this situation, send an assistance request to info@wikitree.com and The Team (who can override privacy settings if warranted) can decide if they feel it appropriate to merge these duplicates.

Thank you T. Stanton for the reply back.  I will give that another try, I did start to bring that up and found it was not good timing. His two sisters are not into genealogy like he (and I).
