Can someone in New Jersey help me?

I'm researching an ancestor whose name was Helen A. Delaney. She married Frederick Everett Schmehl in 1919 in New Jersey. I have copies of her index record but I want to see the actual marriage certificate. I'm hoping it will have the names of her parents.

This is  the index record: https://www.ancestry.com/sharing/3209070?mark=7b22746f6b656e223a22586a534a59494a4e563469716f54584459756d4b644c62706846346f342f4c6c79554e75477a4369584a383d222c22746f6b656e5f76657273696f6e223a225632227d

The certificate number is 31201 and the year is 1919.

The state charges $10 per search, regardless if you find anything. I'd be willing to pay for results, but not for searches that may or may not turn up a record.

The warning about searches costing money regardless predates the OPRA request and subsequent publication of the marriage indexes by Reclaim the Records in 2019.

The indexes were made from the microfilm; you already know a certificate exists and there is a certificate number.

I would go ahead and place the order.

Thanks.

Update: Sadly, NJ requires both the month of the marriage and the county. I have neither. So, I called the reference office and left voice mail. Hopefully, I can get this done soon.

If anyone is near enough to the archives to look it up and provide me with the names of Helen's parents and their location at the time of the marriage, I would happily pay you the $10 fee.

2nd Update: I contacted the NJ State Department and was told that I could put anything I want in the County and Month fields, and if I provided the certificate number, they would ignore those fields. I have ordered a copy of the license.
