Advice for categorization of Clancy-646?

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Michael Clancy. The category might be named something like S.S. Atlantic (1873).

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

This was the biggest maritime disaster prior to the sinking of the Titanic on the coast on Nova Scotia, Canada. I would like to use it to link up the profiles for the 550 passengers who died, aprox 400 survivors and the rescuers and carers from the villages that went to their aid.

You need a disaster category for such a project, which would include a free-space page telling the tale of the disaster. I'll tag the disasters project.
