From the WikiTree side, if i were you, Jeffery, i would make profiles for all the male descendants of your progenitor [[Howlen-3|Patrick (Howlen) Howland (abt.1800-abt.1854)]] and then run the DNA Descendants report for Patrick.  At the moment the report shows that you are the only tester, but there is a lot of scope for filling in other male lines.  You may be able to connect with existing profiles that have tested.  Or you might find living relatives that you could ask to test.

But if, as i suspect, your goal is to find ancestors of Patrick, then your work needs to start in your testing company's database.  If you have the time and energy, it would be wonderful if you could build the trees for your Y DNA matches, in the hope of someday finding the common factor.  As you become confident of the documenting sources, it would be really wonderful if you could put all those profiles on WikiTree.

Do you use GEDmatch?  I'm so happy to see more Wiki links showing up among my matches on GEDmatch.  There might be something there for you too!

Cheers
