If myheratige.com has a gedcom export feature, then that file can be imported to WT. However there are a few restrictions and fixing that has to be done to meet the WT standard.
You should not try to upload more than a 100 profiles at a time due to the work involved editing/formatting each profile. See the GEDCOM help pages for much more information.
